Alan Ryan, whose gem of a webcomic Faraday the Blob has been amusing us for the last five years or so, has a strip in the Beano for the next six weeks! It’s called “Danny Diddly O’Donoghue”, and Alan describes it as a “leprechaun-themed parody of rock-star incongruence”. And that’s just the start – he’s got more work lined up with them after that. This should be the start of a glittering career in Britain’s most venerable kids’ comic, alongside such talents as Jamie Smart and Alexander Matthews. Congratulations Alan!
