Andrea Begley has revealed that Danny O’Donoghue proposed to her recently…..sort of.
The Script frontman is well known for being a bit of a ladies man, but we never thought he’d get tied down. Thankfully, it seems that he was only joking when he presented the Northern Irish singer with a ring.
It was recently confirmed that Andrea had won a place in Danny’s final three on The Voice and tonight she’ll be performing on the first live show of the series.
She was asked to spill the beans on her mentor in a brand new behind the scenes video and deserving the ‘Hall Of Fame’ hitmaker as a ‘cheeky chappy’ she admitted:
“I’m sure everyone pretty much knows that Danny is quite a cheeky chappy so he likes to have a bit of a laugh.”
Begley added:
“He was showing me a ring one day that he had fixed and he was trying to describe the inscription to me, so he handed it to me to feel it and I said ‘Danny I’m not sure if you should propose to me just yet.’”

Andrea moved from Northern Ireland to London this week, to her brand new home. She’ll be staying in an apartment near the TV studios until her time on The Voice concludes and tweeting her fans about the move this week, the visually impaired singer posted:
“Microphone, check. Passport, check, 50 suitcases, check. then its off to London I guess. Wait … do I need a cat like Dick Whittington?”
It seems she likes the new pad, as she later added:
“Just settled into my flat aka home whilst on the voice. Thanks to @ceecee_official @HBizzle05 @shakeyjake for making it homely. #freefood”
Andrea and her fellow finalists will perform this evening, when twelve singers will be whittled down to eight as the result of a public vote.
