The Script have started to tease fans regarding the new single! In true Script style they took to Twitter asking fans to guess what their new single would be...
They are stopping off at Bridlington Spa, on Friday, July 12, where they will perform their new single Millionaires, as well as all their hits.
In March, The Script’s arena tour was a sell-out, and soon they will be on the road again.
The Irish band, made up of Danny, Mark Sheehan and Glen Power, will release their new single on Monday, June 3.
It’s been penned by the three-piece and produced by Danny and Mark with fellow Irish producer Jimbo Barry lending a hand. they have worked with Jimbo a lot in the past as you can see from credits on various songs
The tune is dedicated to all those nights you wish could last forever, with a chorus calling out for a sea of lighters to be held aloft.
The track was recorded at Sphere Studios and mixed by Mark “Spike” Stent, who is known for working with Coldplay, Muse, Oasis and No Doubt.
It is taken from the band’s platinum-selling top five charting album, having sealed their comeback with the needle-sharp hit Hall Of Fame, featuring fellow The Voice judge Will.i.am.
Although this has been reported by The Bridlington Star we yet to have complete confirmation of this from The Script themselves. They have indeed heavily hinted on Twitter that it is 'Millionares', asking fans to guess the new single many of the fans have put on Twitter 'Millionaires ' as their guess.
