The Voice 2013 coach Danny O’Donoghue has reportedly fallen for one of the show’s artists, former Hollyoaks star Alice Barlow.
The soap star was killed off from the Channel 4 series in 2011, and has now turned her attention from acting to singing.
And Danny was so impressed with her version of Carly Rae Jepsen’s Call Me Maybe he even BLUSHED.
He said: “She’s a lovely-looking girl,” before fellow coach Sir Tom Jones added: “Yeah, and she can really sing.”
Jessie J then teased The Script frontman, saying: “I bet you like the way she looks though!”
But despite more flattering comments from The Script frontman, Alice said there was no chance of any romance!
A supposed show insider told The Sun newspaper today: “Danny has become the ladies’ man this year.
“He’s been bribing female audience members with sweets and hugs throughout filming to get them on side.”
Last year’s auditions saw quite a few (sort of) famous people performing for the panel, including a member of 5ive.
And this year as well as ex-boyband members and soap actresses, there’s also Olympians performing for Jessie J, Danny O’Donoghue, Sir Tom Jones and Will.i.am.
Bronze medalist Hurdler Tasha Danvers has decided on a change of career after injury prevented her from taking part in the London 2012 games last year.
“This is a big deal for Tasha and would give her a major boost to becoming a singing star. She got a bronze in the Olympics but she would love to score gold on ‘The Voice’,” a source told the Daily Star recently.
