The Script play a special St Pat's night Concert at this years 2013 Manchester Irish Festival
Irish pop rockers The Script return to the Manchester Arena for a very special St Patrick’s Day show on Sunday 17th March which is one of the major highlights of this years 2013 Manchester Irish Festival.
Tony Hennigan the press officer for the Manchester Irish Festival said "We are delighted to see The Script come back after their last sell out show during the festival at the Manchester Arena. It should be a great gig and Manchester looks like it will be rocking on St Pat's night."
The Danny O’Donoghue fronted band return to perform tracks from their latest album, #3, alongside hits from their first two albums, 2008’s self-titled debut and 2010’s Science & Faith.
Since forming in Dublin in 2001, the trio have toured with Arena favourites U2, Take That and Paul McCartney, played to a 55,000-strong crowd at a historic hometown show in Dublin, amassed almost four million followers on Facebook and 1.5 million on Twitter, sold four million album, nine million singles and saw their singer Danny on BBC1’s talent show 'The Voice'.
