The 'Hall Of Fame' stars performed a hit-laden set during the appearance at the music extravaganza.
The Script brought the hits to London's O2 Arena today (8th December) as they performed at this year's Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball.
Danny, Mark And Glen had the crowd on their feet as their set got up and running with an impressive version of their smash hit 'For The First Time'.
Following the mass sing-a-long it was then the turn for frontman Danny O'Donoghue to show off his vocals and the emotionally intensity of his lyrics with the band's breakthrough single 'The Man Who Can't Be Moved'.
Speaking to the crowd, he said: "London, how you guys feeling tonight? Well since everyone is warmed up - i want to hear you all singing along to this next song," he screamed.
The trio all wore black ensembles with Drummer Glen showing off his arms in a cotton vest and Danny wearing a leather-look suit jacket complete with a beaded necklace.
"You have no idea how good my heart feels right now, thank you so much," said Danny after the group's second track admitting it's been a while since they've been on the big stage.
They then launched into the huge ballad 'Breakeven', before Mark thanked the crowd and Capital as he introduced their new single 'Six Degrees Of Separation' - taken from third album '#3'.
The Irish stars ended their set with their Vodafone Big Top 40 Will.i.am featuring single 'Hall Of Fame' as Danny dedicated it to "everyone in the room tonight".
The Script performed following sets by JLS and Little Mix with Lawson, Rizzle Kicks, Cheryl Cole, One Direction and Bruno Mars all still set to perform on day one of the event.
