Danny O’Donoghue has picked his ideal judges for The Voice.
The Script frontman has confirmed that he will return for a
second series of the BBC talent show, but after speculation that Jessie J and
tom Jones will not, he has suggested some other stars that Beeb bosses might
want to be talking to.
The handsome singer thinks producers need someone with bags
of musical experience and plenty of star power and told Free Radio that he has
just the people for the jobs.
When asked who he would appoint, Danny said:
“Elton John. I’ve thought about this long and hard. I think Elton
John needs to take over Tom’s position.”
The Irish star continued:
“And I’m still open – I think possibly Adele, because she’d
come on for Jessie. I think that would be one hell of a line-up.
“Then you’d have to probably rethink me, and have someone
better than me on. But I think that would be a really, really great line-up.”
Will.i.am has previously assured fans that he will be back
on The Voice for 2013, so that’s just two seats bosses need to fill.
Danny is currently doing a radio tour with his band and tweeted
this week:
