Lawson's Adam Pitts cut his thumb at T in the Park and didn't care. How very rock 'n' roll of him. The cut was on the side of his snare drum. "I caught it on the side of the snare drum and was like 'ooh that hurt' and it didn't bleed", explained Adam. "Then I looked at my snare drum five minutes later and it was just red with blood. It was rock. Rock did that though."
As rock 'n' roll injuries go, "the time that Adam Pitts from Lawson hurt his thumb a bit on a drum" is never going to top The Who's Pete Townsend impaling his hand on a guitar.
The Script
Continuing the spirit of 'rock' Lawson went on to tell us how much they bloody love The Script. You see, Lawson LOVE The Script, like really, really love The Script, more than they love their own delightfully coiffed hair (maybe).
They're especially fond of front man Danny O'Donoghue, who gave the boys an insight into how The Script prepare to set things off at festivals:
"We (Lawson) just chill out and do whatever is going, but they (The Script) really sit down and think people have been looking forward to this gig all year - let's smash it.
"We do that, but Danny made it sound so much cooler - he's such a legend."
